U.S. Army veteran with 15 years of technical operations and leadership experience, serving from August 2002 to January 2018.

At the Defense Health Agency, worked as an Educational Technology Specialist (2013 to 2015) and Data and Operations Analyst (2015 to 2018). Responsibilities included healthcare training systems, operational analysis, technology projects, information assurance, and data integrity.

Research support & grant development

Biometric research at CITeR was supported under DHS Science and Technology Contract 70RSAT24CB0000022. My role was graduate researcher.

Grant-development work includes drafted, unsubmitted federal lunar surface autonomy proposal packages and a co-authored LAS 2027 abstract selected for a full-proposal invitation. These are proposal-development activities, not awarded funding.
